Wifi Speed shows 30-40 mbs whilst the engineer told me it is getting to 500mbs at the Router

Wifi speed checker using Ookla Speedtest shows an average of 30-40mbs but I have a 500mbs broadband package. Can you please check.

All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
