Wifi Guarantee - How to raise issue without sitting in a huge call queue?

We've just signed up for the wifi guarantee (within last 2 months) and cannot got signal in each room.

I don't want to sit in yet another long queue, how do we activate the support or visit?

The sky booster boxes can only be requested over the phone

 

Call sky on 150 from your sky landline
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

08.185.00.27.3
Remove all the full stops
