Wifi Drops off between 10am-Midday every day
We had an issue with our broadband around a month ago. An engineer came and then it needed a BT OpenReach engingeer to come. It worked ok for a week or so after but now it has reverted to a similar problem - the connection is lost to our router and we are without internet between 10.00am to midday every day.

@richardm1984 Do the lights change on the router when this happens? Black or white router from Sky?

Re: Wifi Drops off between 10am-Midday every day
It is a black Sky Q hub router.
Power light is on/green.
Internet light (middle) goes off.
Wireless light is on/green.
When run diagnostics online is says there are no issues, so unable to get to engineer stage.

@richardm1984 When you run the service checker with the little house in the background showing you all your products you have with Sky this is showing historical data. Just click on broadband and it should do an updated test.
