Wife says good but phone/ pc won’t load anything with one tab open

Hi for a while my internet around this time just seems to fail. It's connected and sometimes loads but most of the time YouTube struggles and I can't even do simple tasks like watch things

@Ams5 loss of connection in the early hours is most likely to be down to esential,maintenance work. If you are still having issues this morning call Sky to report the problem.
