Wife & landline not working

My landline  and wifi aren't working even though sky is saying it's my end it obviously isn't if a lot of ppl are experiencing the same thing . Hope it gets sorted soon . Would be nice if sky sent an email or something to its customers 🤷‍♀️

@MissKim82 Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning.
