WiFi worse since Broadband upgrade

Recently upgraded from Superfast Broadband to Ultrafast, but WiFi is worse. No changes inside the house device-wise but kids are constantly complaining that they're having to use their mobile data because the WiFi isn't working. Tried everything, including resetting the hub and boosters, turning devices on and off etc. Had it a month now and no improvement. According to the Sky App, speed to the house is as expected, but when I do a Speedtest with Ookla, I'm lucky to get 56, and that's only if connected. Help!

Did you change routers as part of the upgrade?

If you already had the appropriate router for Ultrafast then you would not have got an upgrade, I was just checking to see whether this could have been the cause.
