WiFi working on iPhones but not tv

We had an engineer out and he fixed the wifi its working on my iPhone and my daughters iPhone and iPad but not though the sky q box

@Joy1971 Sky Q box and what sky Hub are you using, the white Sky Max one or the Black Sky Broadband Hub which is designed and works well with the sky Q....

Max is different and adjustment's will have to be made!
