WiFi working but not downloading programmes on TV or apps on phone

For the past week I have been unable to download programmes on my sky q box or download/update apps on my mobile phone. All checks and tests says Internet working OK and can do the basics no problem even downloading documents. I have been able to update/download apps on my phone from other WiFi so it's definitely mine with an issue.
