Broadband isn't working on internet, have to use data

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have the same problem. All the diagnostics say everything is ok and I've reset everything - yet the Sky broadband works on some websites or apps and not others. There's no pattern either - working differently on different devices etc. A few people are posting the same issue and zero help from Sky ("ask the community" = their customer service)
