WiFi won’t connect to any mobiles

I have a new ish sky hub but none of our mobiles will connect I've tried everything that they suggest and I'm getting no where

Are you entering the wifi network key (password) correctly so using a letter O into of a number zero if needs be and that it if is in uppercase that you enter it in uppercase ?
