I am having trouble connecting the WiFi to my laptop and phone. I had the same problem last week and the agent on the phone told me to take the blue wire out of the back of my hub and wait 15 minutes to put it back in. I have done this and still no success. Is there anything else that can be done? I have work to do from home and it's becoming a real problem! Thanks
