WiFi weak in many rooms

I have a new sky broadband installation, the WiFi signal is good at the front of the house, but the rooms at the back of the house have a bad signal - phones will switch to mobile data and tablets are unable to load websites or stream content.

Running the WiFi checker from my phone says all is ok, but it is clearly not.

Using the Sky bot takes me to a page to contact sky which says sky cannot be contacted - not very helpful.

@Rita26 Do you have Sky Max on your subscription with Sky?
