WiFi turns off every night and won’t work until morning
I'm being driven crazy by my WiFi. Every night for last 3 weeks it drops out in the evening, and reconnects itself in the morning. It happens whether my son is at home or not ie there's no sudden/extra pull on system. The router has full lights, but the WiFi won't connect. Occasionally the Alexa downstairs stays on throughout, but nothing upstairs does. However my phone won't connect (even if Alexa does!) and my Alexa's upstairs won't connect even if I bring them down. I've phoned Sky every night and nothings changed. I really don't want to wait over 2 weeks until the engineer comes out. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

@SaraS couple of questions first roughly at what time do you lose connection? Do you have Sky Q boxes?

Check the timing configuration of your router. It is possible that it has been configured to provide broadband/internet access during day and not night.
