My phone typically connects fine, whereas most other devices (partners phone, our laptops and TVs) really struggle to connect to the WiFi. We have removed every other device from the WiFi's history but that didn't help.
Despite this, when we finally connect, the wifi is "Not Connected" or has "No Internet Connection".
Service used to be good, only happened over the past week or two - no records of problems in our area according to Sky's website.
