WiFi speeds 20-60mbps

Hello, I am often finding slow internet speed, even when close to router and the signal showing good. When I use a third party checker it shows speeds of 30-60mbps. However the sky app is showing good. Please can this be resolved as issue is offcuring regularly since taking out the new contract.

What speed package and service are you on with sky, also which hub do you have connected. See link below!
