WiFi speed dropped by 80% overnight

Last night we re-booted the router, as we'd noticed WiFi was a bit slow. This morning download speed has dropped to 40Mbs, normally around 380. Upload spread is around 50 (!). Nothing showing on downdetector, any suggestions?

What is the speed saying on the My Sky app? Are you able to test using ethernet?
