WiFi slow and not working at times

I have to keep reloading my webpage for it to refresh the connection to load.

it keeps freezing on multiple devices.

The internet is slow when it does work.

I have to hotspot my mobile data to actually complete work courses which is unacceptable when I am paying for WIFI.

I have completed the Connection TEST but it said there is a good connection but the loading wheel of doom does not support that.

You pay for broadband to your home not wifi, wifi is your internal home network.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Mine is not working at all, tried everything but still nothing,  Saying good connection in my area but obviously not, trying to contact sky direct is very bad!!  I am paying for a service which is not working.
