WiFi slow and not working at times over last 2 days

For the last two days we regularly have not connection on our tv or devices or it is very slow with a lot of buffering. 
checked broadband and WiFi on sky app, says all good but service is poor and at times non existent

@Ems11 if this continues report the issue to Sky but it is worth checking what happens to the lights on your Sky hub when you lose connection https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start as these tell you if the hub is losing connection to the line or whether the issue is in your home.
