WiFi signal drops as soon as I leave living room

Got sky fitted last week at new address , iv done everything it tells me to do on check list but still as soon as I leave living room (where router is) the WiFi signal drops to 2 bars and I can't do anything on it , I'm paying extra for superfast because my son loves gaming but it's now worse than it was on the cheaper one 😡

@Emma691 The strength of the wifi signal has nothing to do with the speed of the package you bought.

When you moved, did you take the equipment with you, or was all new equipment supplied?
