I have internet because the smart TV is functioning but I do have any internet access. The 'voice' light on my router is orange and the landing page is showing a fault, however on testing is states that there is connectivity.
what's going on? I am working from home and so far no work has been done.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf resetting your router & reconnecting your devices doesn't solve the issue I would recommend you call Sky to report the fault.
