WiFi signal around the house only 10% of what you guarantee

Hi team, I am very disappointed that the WiFi strength around the house is 10% or less of the speed that comes into the house direct to the Sky WiFi box itself. You sell the service that I will get 500mb but none of my devices actually receive anything near that speed. So what am I paying for?

500Mbs is speed delivered to the router over optical cable (400Mbs minimum) : it's absolutely not promised as a wireless speed.

All WiFi is zero Mbs past some tens of metres or on the other side of a few walls.
