WiFi says good but I work from home and everything is struggling to work on my laptop.
My laptop is trying to load and all I get is spinning wheels saying loading and loading bars that stop and wait and eventually come up saying no connection but on My Sky app it says everything is Good!

@SJPayneWhat speed are you supposed to be getting? Is this happening when you are far from the router (ie a coupel of rooms away or upstairs) and is it the same when you are close to/next to it?
