WiFi password

hi, we cant find the wi-fi password, how can you find out what it is?

The wifi password should be 12 alphanumeric case sensitive characters on the back of the hub

@cookiemonsteruk thank you, but my client says they cant find this, is there a way i can find it or do i need to contact sky?

Or if it's been changed from that, a Hub reset should resore it to the one on the label.

Unfortunately if the label isn't there then only replacement hardware is viable: Sky won't have a record.

Might be a replacement hub is required if it is not on the hub.

If you know the admin login to the hub you can view the key in the settings

Although on a Broadband Hub the default password to the admin login IS the key ; )
