When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.

Its been down since 10.45 last in Medway. Service has not returned and I cannot log in for work.

@Ms_P85 if the service checker is telling you that Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line there is nothing you or they can do except wait until the fault is fixed which will take as long as it takes. If Sky are  not saying they know of a fault call them.

 

That you use what is sold as a domestic connection for work does not give you any priority. Openreach offers a service level on domestic lines of a fix by the end of the 2nd full working day after the report which would be the end of Monday if reported today Thursday which they meet roughly 85% of the time.

I'm just saying I cannot log in for work. I'm not pushing for prioritisation.
