Your post is a little confusing, are you saying your Sky Q box wont connect to your broadband or that your broadband also isnt working at all?

The sky q box won't connect also says no satellite

If your Sky Q box is reporting no satellite signal you need to run through this help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
