WiFi not working properly in bedroom

  • This is in my bedroom and is not connecting to the WiFi and when it does it keep buffering constantly, I am meant to get WiFi in every room 
  • this also happens on my phone when it is in my bedroom connection constantly drops

@Zoe891 Sky's wifi gurantee is explained here   https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee but is not quite what you might think it is a way of selling you an add on which might help.

wiFi signal strdngth in your home are affected by its layout, type of construction and level of interference so every home is different. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide usable wifi in every room. 

There is a large market for WiFi kit to sort these issues so you are not stuck to paying Sky  more what would work for you depends on what you want to do as for example streming video or gaming has differentvrequirements from using social media.
