Been with sky for years never had any broadband trouble but now it's an on going problem  our phones connect to WiFi but doesn't work rang sky numerous times gone through all the trouble shootings even been sent a new router but nothing changes

@Nikkiphodi are you talking about land line or mobile phones? If mobiles do other devices connect? Whst did Sky say when you reported the replacement hub did not solve the issue?

Some faults can be difficult to diagnose where this happens there a re a number of standard things to try like replacing the hub. When calling Sky make it clear this is a continuing fault so the sgent opens the full history to avoid repeating steps.
