@Aleysha1 have you received a new Sky hub that you are trying to connect? If so is the hub a white Sky Max hub? It would also help if you said which type of "Sky boxes" you have out of Sky Stream, Sky Q or Sky+HD as these connect differently. Can you also include the make of the TV.
One last point check you are not simply misreading the password which is very easy to do as Sky use the letters O and I and the number 0 and 1 and it is really easy to enter the wrong one.
