WiFi not working in all areas of home

My WiFi requires a booster as it's not working in my bedroom it's upstairs and signals are week .. sky guaranteed confirmed that  it will work in all areas ..

But i bought sky broadband boast and paying extra 7.5

@Nabeelsheikh Did you read the links, after 14 day's you call sky, they check the system and through that diagnostic the decission is made!
