Having the same issue, Green Lights, No Internet Connection on any device, called many times and say the line is all good, sent a new router, still doesn't work, been out for 5 days and no fix, Told they'll forward it to Openreach but saying no availability until FEBRUARY!! I hope anyone on here has any idea, also add the day before it happened I have put in an order at BT to Switch on the 30th This Month so seems very odd that it stopped working a day after this but they're declining any chance of them switching me off early
