WiFi not working and is very slow

Hello,

 

my home WiFi is usually okay (I cannot open emails on my mail app on my iPhone is the main issue) 

but today the speed is so bad it's disconnecting me from my work VPN but it says my wifi speed is good?

The email issue will be either you have iCloud relay switched on or Sky Broadband Shield on.

 

How have you measured your WiFi speed?
