WiFi not working and app says fine to router

WiFi not working but apps says fine to router, clearly an issue, fix it please

@Victoriaa & @Ln6 you cannot report faults by posting in the forum. The online test intially shows the result of an earlier test to see the current position you need to click through to test the broadband again thst should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt you need to call Sky to report your issue.

Thanks, yes, all in hand reporting, it's just helpful to see if others are also experiencing issues to know whether it's widespread or just own connection.

Same in LS22. All lights on the box are green, all tests say everything is fine, but my phone won't connect to WiFi and everything is on a go slow. A very very go slow!
