WiFi not working after new hub installed. Sky say I’m not covered
3 months ago I rang to get help as WiFi had stopped working. Was told hub was old and needed replaced and this should solve problem. Hub replaced. Problem remains. Have just been told by a sky agent that because hub is working I'm not covered if WiFi isn't. Have been Sky customer for over 10 years. Cancelled tv package at same time (May) as bill was too high, found out it a few weeks ago it wasn't officially cancelled as I hadn't been speaking to correct department. Was actually charged more as contract ended and tv was being charged on a monthly roll over basis. Charged over £100 for a service I requested to be removed. Raised a complaint 19 days ago, still no feedback or courtesy call to provide update. Still paying for broadband that supplies connection to room in house where hub is, but no where else in home. Have been told to wait on Openreach contacting me. ... still waiting. I have spoken to so many agents and spent hours and hours on phone. No one helping... yet I am a 'platinum' customer. Loyalty basically stands for nothing. Really wish I had gone with new providers who called a few months ago. I've been told twice by Sky agents that I should have read my terms and conditions, but I naively trusted a company I've been with for 10+ years.

Are you saying WiFi is usable in that room but doesn't reach elsewhere?
That's rather different to WiFi not working at all.
