sky broadband not showing!
hopefully someone can help- we are in a new build property and got sky wifi. The property came with openreach box installed and broadband box was delivered out to the property. We were given a remote activation date of 18/7/24- which went ahead as planned- the open reach box is showing as connected, the sky box has the white light and when checking our connection on the app it says we have WiFi however no device can find the broadband to connect to it!
we have tried everything we can think of but no luck- anyone encountered this before?
