WiFi not reaching the back of the house!?!

We got sky over 2 weeks ago and there is no internet upstairs especially the back 2 bedrooms.

You use your own hardware to improve the Wi-Fi so may I ask why don't you suggest a 3rd party mesh instead of  Sky Max. 

Or are there rules in place to suggest Sky Max as upgrade😊
