WiFi not reaching my room

I have just upgraded to the sky max being ensured that it would reach all the rooms in our flat but it still hasn't. I am struggling to find where I can order the boosters from. I have never had issues like this with virgin wifi so please can someone help. Getting through to an actual person took me saying I would cancel my contract.

You can only claim the sky max pods by phone
