WiFi not letting us connect devices ie phones keeps saying password incorrect

Will not let us connect to house WiFi with phones keeps asking for password and then saying incorrect 3 indiduals have tried and it keeps saying incorrect password

@Felicity5 The password for connecting on the wireless Wi-Fi either back or the base off the unit or on the supplied card within the box, has to be exact as you see it upper/lower case, and look very carelfully as some off the letters and numbers ie small l can look like a 1 letter O can be a Zero 0.

If the SSID on the card is correct, shows same for the device connection then password on the card will be correct. If not sure just Factory Reset the hub, will all be back to square one!
