Hi CJ94 who did you report the faulty hub to and how. I am finding it difficult tp find the details to report mine to.

Hiya, 

I don't really know as I never got through to a person, I booked an engineer visit then later on that day, the text came, so not sure how they came to that conclusion lol!

Just an update. I telephoned Sky yesterday who diagnosed an openreach problem. Sky have arranged an engineer visit next week.. My old BT router is working with the Sky broadband..

I will update again after the engineer visit
