WiFi looks good but not actually working
MySky says WiFi fine. On laptop, can see full signal. But am not connected to internet - getting the usual error messages on web pages when one is not connected, Microsoft teams saying not connected

Try turning your broadband hub off for a while then see what happens after it has loaded back up.
