WiFi light green but no internet light

Hi

we were meant to be moving house and we called sky to transfer to our new address, in the meantime we found a better deal with a different provider. So we cancelled our sky subscription. We were told that because we have paid until the end of the month all the services would still be there. We have got up this morning and there is no WiFi. On the router the power and the WiFi lights are green, the voice light is orange but the internet light is not lit at all. Unfortunately I can't check the line because it's swapped over to our new address on the app. Our Sky TV is working fine. 
Please can someone point us in the right direction.

@HomerJ71 although your line should not have been decommissioned until the 14day notice period is up it is normally impossible to get Openreach to restore the connection once it is disconnected. Give Sky a call to see if they can do anything.
