Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fin20 modt engineer's line checks are done remotely so unless an appointment was booked for a home visit the check may have been done. The recent very wet weather has caised losds of issues with older lines using copper rather than full fibre. In many cases there is little thst can be done until the line dries out.
