Recently had Sky Fibre Broadband fitted. WiFi keeps dropping out so I lose connection to my work servers and also zoom freezes!! Also the dining room and upstairs is currently showing 13Mbps which is not good. Have it logged with Sky, but trying to get to talk to a human is proving very frustrating!!!!

I spoke to someone on the tech team last Wednesday but only had text back saying I would have an update within 48hrs then one to say it would be 72hrs. Then a further one saying by the 17th January. No phone call yet, but I have lost count how many times the WiFi has dropped out today and I have had to cancel my zoom meetings. This is so disappointing

It is now Sunday 19th January. my WiFi keeps dropping out. i lose connection so my work servwrs are dropping off and I cant zoom!! I got a text yesterday saying my connection is now good and my problem is fixed! It is not!!! Can someone please help as I just can't get through to speak to anyone as the automated service doesn't give me options to talk to anyone. It's so infuriating
