WiFi keeps dropping out. Television loses connection and is buffering constantly.
Have been having problems for several days. WiFi keeps dropping out. TV is constantly buffering. Have to keep resetting and it works form short time but then drops out again. Have unplugged everything and plugged back in, Router goes from red to green and then stays on white.

Re: WiFi keeps dropping out. Television loses connection and is buffering constantly.
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
