WiFi keeps cutting out periods at a time

My WiFi keeps cutting out and it's getting long periods of time where it is not working , tried testing and it's all come back ok but still not working as of yet

Im not sure what you have tried so give this a go if you haven't yet gone through this:

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Sophie157 Take a look on the front off your sky router, colour of indication is good also, Link below about what it means.
