WiFi issues

Hi, my WiFi signal keeps dropping or disconnecting completely in the bedrooms upstairs. Sky has said that we need a booster but I am a bit confused as they say the internet should reach all rooms in your house. I have done the signal check and it's says all is fine. So I now have to pay extra to have internet in my home. Stats attached below. I have also switched off the router as suggested to reset the connection for the internet.

@Sadie64  Did you re-start the router yourself or did it re-start on its own?

If someone has helped give them Like.

Re: WiFi issues

I restarted it as per the sky vital assist instructions. It said to switch it off at the plug wait a bit and then put it back on

Not really, no: the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' is a month's money back if it doesn't (and basically just generates sales leads), and the 'WiFi Guarantee' part of 'Broadband Boost' refers to a subscription supplement at additional monthly cost which facilitates the 'free' loan of wireless booster hardware.  No ISP actually 'guarantees' complete WiFi coverage on their baseline service, despite what their Marketing Departments might like to imply.
