@Mark0069 a lot depends on what that wall is built out of, the thicker and denser the material the more signal is lost. However check the hub is above any radiators as metal totally blocks the signal. The 2.4GHz band has greater range than the faster 5GHz band which is why splitting the 2 bands can cause issues.
