My WiFi isn't working I can't watch any of my apps on the tv or use the WiFi on my phone using mobile data. Used the sky app several times and it's saying everything is fine. This happens regularly and I can't understand what I'm suppose to do?

@Tom-W19 I am also having this problem, got a new router a couple days ago, tests say all is good, but thw wifi doesnt work on anything

i am also having this probelm.
got a new router, everything is really slow or doesnt work at all. Ive tested on the mysky app and its says all is good, and is getting decents speeds. What can i do?
