WiFi isn’t establishing an internet connection with my PS4?

It keeps saying internet connection failed when I try connect my PS4. It is connected via Ethernet cable right now however even through normal WiFi, it is doing the same thing. I find the wifi sometimes doesn't refresh or is slow at the same time but sometimes things do load on my phone but will still keep saying this on the ps4.

@N1shYour internet is working normally is this what you are saying, but having issues with your PS4 being able to connect via an ethernet cable?

Hi mate, I've fixed the issue now - had to tweak the DNS to a different server but still unsure why I got the problem in the first place with the original (default) DNS. It basically says no internet connection with or without the Ethernet cable.
