WiFi is very weak in our bedroom

When we are in our bedroom, we can't seem to do much on the WiFi, videos always buffer and some apps which require wifi don't even load up

Having the same issue. Just moved to Sky from Plusnet and the coverage across the house is nowhere near good enough. Not impressed. Our Alexas in the bedrooms can't connect. We didn't have these issues with Plusnet. I hve bought some TP link wifi extenders to use upstairs to see if that improves matters.
