I have just upgraded to sky max WiFi so that daughter can game however still the same issues. What can I do? Please

Wish i'd never changed to Wifi MAX, 2 eng visits and speed now down to 1.6mb, poor service from Sky, this has been ongoing for 3 weeks.

My speed is always dropping have to use broadband speed checker frequently to restore a half decent signal.
